My review:
I read this book right after I read Stephanie’s first book Craved. I am absolutely in love with Stephanie’s writing style. You feel as if you ARE the characters instead of just reading the story. The main character Anna is fantastic. She finds herself ripped from the human world after a casual hike goes really wrong and she is made a werewolf. Anna goes to live a pack that adopts her so she’s not alone. The alpha male of her pack is very charismatic, which does not slip by Anna. Unfortunately for Anna, Adam is already taken by Eve (love the play on names) by for some reason Anna feels drawn to Adam despite her hot relationship with another pack member Sawyer. Anna starts having dreams that are similar to murders of humans going on around the pack territory, which draws suspicion on her since she is new and has a harder time controlling herself. Anna even starts to doubt herself as the Elders come to the pack’s territory to investigate and judge Anna. I don’t want to give away the reason behind the dreams, but lets just say it’s pretty shocking. In an attempt to clear her name she is more and more drawn to Adam who as the pack master and already “paired off” should not be equally drawn to her but he is…
Taming the Wolf is a hot, sexually charged, fast paced, intriguing and completely addicting. I can not wait until the next book comes out. Stephanie has hooked me with these fantastic characters and I can not wait to see where she takes them.
